Questions people ask

When is the first service of a new Brezza?

The first free inspection is at 1,000 km or 1 month, whichever comes first; the second at 5,000 km or 6 months. The first periodic service, with the first oil change, is at 10,000 km or 12 months.

Are the Brezza's services free?

The two inspections at 1,000 and 5,000 km are free — materials and consumables are charged. From 10,000 km, periodic maintenance is at cost.

Which engine oil does the Brezza use?

The 1.5 K15C petrol engine takes SAE 0W-16 (API SN/SP or ILSAC GF-6), about 3.3 litres with the filter. Maruti says 0W-16 is the best choice for fuel economy — don't switch to a thicker oil.

How often should the Brezza's oil be changed?

Every 10,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, along with the oil filter.

When do the Brezza's spark plugs need replacing?

On the petrol K15C, every 1,00,000 km or 84 months; on the CNG version, every 50,000 km or 48 months.
