These terms govern your use of MotorBabu ("the app"), operated by MotorBabu Private Limited ("MotorBabu", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What MotorBabu is

MotorBabu is a personal record-keeping app for tracking vehicle maintenance — it is not a booking service, repair provider, or marketplace, and we do not perform, arrange, or guarantee any vehicle servicing. Any dates, intervals, or reminders shown in the app are based on information you entered and are not professional maintenance advice.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number via a one-time code — there's no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, since it's the only way to reach your account. One account is tied to one phone number at a time.

Your data

The vehicle and maintenance information you enter belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's stored. There's no automatic export today beyond what's visible in the app, and you can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Acceptable use

Use MotorBabu only for its intended purpose — recording your own vehicles' maintenance history. Don't attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the app's operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

No warranty

MotorBabu is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on records stored in the app (for example, relying on a logged date to decide whether maintenance is due).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotorBabu Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
