How does the PUC reminder work?
Add your vehicle and its PUC expiry date — or add it by its number plate and MotorBabu fills the date in from the registration records. You get a reminder 15 days before the PUC expires, and again as the date gets closer.
Will MotorBabu know when I've renewed my PUC?
Usually, yes. MotorBabu checks the registration records for a newer PUC date and updates it for you, with an Undo — so the reminders stop once you've renewed. You can also add the new date yourself in a tap.
How long is a PUC certificate valid?
For a new vehicle, the first PUC is valid for one year from registration. After that, BS-IV and BS-VI vehicles usually get 12 months and older ones 6 months — the date on your certificate is what counts. Check yours with our PUC validity checker.
